1. ORDER CONFIRMATION
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Once you place an order, we will contact you via WhatsApp to confirm details and arrange payment.

2. PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and are subject to change without notice until an order is confirmed. Payment is arranged directly with our team via Mobile Money, bank transfer, or cash on delivery, as agreed during WhatsApp confirmation.

3. DELIVERY
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery.

4. WARRANTY
Genuine Sur-Ron bikes and parts are covered by the manufacturer warranty terms communicated at the time of sale. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorized modification, or normal wear and tear.

5. RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations must be requested before dispatch. Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis and must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence of any defect.

6. RIDER RESPONSIBILITY
Electric off-road bikes can be dangerous if operated improperly. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are responsible for wearing appropriate safety gear, following local traffic laws, and operating the vehicle safely.

7. LIABILITY
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of purchased products, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
